168 PRAYER AND TESTIMONY TIME IS TONIGHT
8pm    September 2, 2010

Location: 168 Office  at Media City Church
269 E. Providencia Ave. Burbank, CA 91502
(look for signs)

If you can't make it personally to our prayer time, you can call in on our conference call phone number: 218-844-3380 (once you call this number you will be asked to enter a password: 1685552010#)

In keeping with our theme, "Second Chances," we are offering four nights of prayer and focus on real life stories of how the Creator gives second chances.

We will look at the Psalms and see how David, a murderer not only got a second chance, but also continued to be called God's friend! We will also hear real-life stories of gratitude from the 168 staff and all else who want to tell the story of their "do-over," and how God used real difficulties to make beauty from the ashes.

No one will be pressured to share, it is totally voluntary.

Please RSVP to paul@168project.com.

We encourage everyone to fast on the first Thursday of each month and focus on the ultimate second chance you have because of Jesus. To know more about fasting CLICK HERE and learn the whys and hows of fasting by Bill Bright, founder of Campus Crusade for Christ.

The theme for both Write of Passage Screenwriting Competition (2010) and our signature filmmaking contest, the 168 Film Project (2011) is...

"SECOND CHANCES"

Romans 3 says, "There is none righteous, no not one--All have turned away." We long for redemption and new opportunity in our lives because everyone has "blown it." But each day brings a chance for rebirth and repentance, a possibility to run the race with renewed hope. Powered by the love of the Creator, we awake each morning to breathe new life into our dreams, our goals and our relationships. A second chance is offered. Don't miss the opportunity.
